Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support projects and assist with research and data preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–5 years experience as an Executive Secretary/Assistant.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive.
