Job Summary
One of our clients are looking for an Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing schedules, handling communications, organizing documents, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities

Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules

Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations

Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive

Arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Maintain confidential files and records with discretion

Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries

Liaise with internal departments and external partners

Assist in planning events, conferences, and official functions

Ensure office procedures run efficiently and professionally
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field

Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems)
