We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and French and capable of handling confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare, translate, draft official documents, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
- Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Manage phone calls, emails, and official communications on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Fluency in Arabic and French is mandatory
- Good command of English is highly preferred
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
