Job Summary

The Executive Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to senior executives to ensure smooth daily operations. The role includes managing schedules, handling communication, and supporting office coordination with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Arrange travel, meetings, and event schedules
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare and organize reports, documents, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems and office records
  • Support general office administration and coordination
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Pay: From AED2,300.00 per month
