- We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in interior design or fit-out projects. Experience in interior/fit-out work is mandatory for this role.
- Running Office operations efficiently by taking responsibilities, managing schedules, coordinating travel, preparing documents, and supporting staff.
- Handling incoming calls/emails, preparing emails, quotations, invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, project documentations, reports etc.
- Ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and managing front-desk coverage.
- Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems in company.
- Handling sensitive information, managing vendor relations, acting as the primary office contact. Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel, including flights, hotels, and visas.
- High level of discretion/confidentiality, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) high-level organization, and proactive problem-solving.
- Experience: Typically 2–5+ years in a fast-paced office setting.
