Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.

Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Prepare and format letters, reports, and official documents.

Maintain filing systems – both physical and electronic.

Coordinate with other departments and provide administrative assistance.

Arrange travel bookings and accommodations as needed.

Greet visitors and manage front-desk responsibilities professionally.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative support role.

Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is a must; English is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Professional appearance and ability to interact with all levels of staff.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

A diploma or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
