Executive Secretary & Document Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and schedules
  • Maintain filing systems and organize company records
  • Handle project documentation, submittals, and logs
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants
  • Prepare letters, reports, and official documents

Requirements:

  • Relevant diploma or degree
  • Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
