Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and schedules
- Maintain filing systems and organize company records
- Handle project documentation, submittals, and logs
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants
- Prepare letters, reports, and official documents
Requirements:
- Relevant diploma or degree
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
