Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in an executive assistant/secretary role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Professional, polite, and proactive attitude
Preferred Attributes:
Experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership
Familiarity with task/project management tools (Planner, Trello, Asana, etc.)
Ability to work independently and under pressure

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedules efficiently
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and meeting minutes
Arrange travel plans, bookings, and logistics when required
Monitor and manage Outlook inbox, prioritize emails, and draft responses
Ensure timely follow-ups on important messages, requests, and approvals
Coordinate communication between leadership and teams/clients
Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and action items
Set up reminders and follow-up schedules for meetings and deliverables
Maintain task lists and support workflow organization
Prepare letters, documents, presentations, and reports as needed
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of key documents
Support day-to-day administrative operations
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally
