Executive Secretary to CEO

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Executive Secretary to support the CEO in daily operations and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare contracts, reports, and official correspondence
  • Coordinate with agents, clients, and developers
  • Handle confidential documents and real estate agreements
  • Organize travel and event arrangements
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant
  • Experience in real estate is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Based in UAE
