Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Executive Secretary to support the CEO in daily operations and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare contracts, reports, and official correspondence
- Coordinate with agents, clients, and developers
- Handle confidential documents and real estate agreements
- Organize travel and event arrangements
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
Requirements
- Proven experience as Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant
- Experience in real estate is a plus
- Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Based in UAE
