Executive Secretary to Director

Job Summary

Executive Secretary to Director supporting senior leadership in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive schedule, prioritise tasks and coordinate calendar entries.
  • Draft, edit and coordinate correspondence and meeting agendas.
  • Organise international and domestic travel, including visa applications and insurance.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, research, and records for executive review.
  • Support project coordination, operations and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality, manage sensitive information and comply with company policies.
  • Assist front desk operations, client reception and office administration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-6 years of executive assistant or secretarial experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organisational, time management and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, digital tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with travel arrangements and visa logistics.
  • Experience handling confidential information in a high pressure environment.
Location & Experience
  • Ajman, UAE (2-6 years) or Dubai, UAE (5-6 years).
