Job Summary
Executive Secretary to Director supporting senior leadership in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive schedule, prioritise tasks and coordinate calendar entries.
- Draft, edit and coordinate correspondence and meeting agendas.
- Organise international and domestic travel, including visa applications and insurance.
- Prepare and maintain reports, research, and records for executive review.
- Support project coordination, operations and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain confidentiality, manage sensitive information and comply with company policies.
- Assist front desk operations, client reception and office administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-6 years of executive assistant or secretarial experience.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong organisational, time management and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, digital tools and collaboration platforms.
- Experience with travel arrangements and visa logistics.
- Experience handling confidential information in a high pressure environment.
Location & Experience
- Ajman, UAE (2-6 years) or Dubai, UAE (5-6 years).
