Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Executive Secretary to the Managing Director to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, skilled in drafting and correspondence, and capable of handling day-to-day executive secretarial responsibilities with confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director
· Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, emails, letters, and reports
· Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
· Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items
· Handle day-to-day office coordination related to the Managing Director
· Maintain records, files, and confidential documents in an organized manner
· Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director
· Ensure smooth communication and workflow within the executive office
Required Skills:
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
· Strong drafting and documentation skills
· Good organizational and time-management abilities
· Professional attitude with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
· Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools
