Quick Details Salary Range: Market Competitive Job Type: Full-time Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 5 Year+ Key Responsibilities Efficiently manage the SVP's agenda, prioritize complex and time-sensitive matters. Conduct daily briefings, review documents for approval, track ongoing activities. Arrange meetings, appointments, travel, and visits, ensuring optimal use of the SVP's time. Serve as the primary point of contact for the SVP's office. Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations. Support special projects through research, data gathering, and coordination across departments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). At least 5 years supporting senior leaders, VVIP offices, or high-level executives. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate what needs to be done. Strong planner and organizer with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
