Executive Secretary/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and well-organized individual who handles pressure well to provide administrative assistance to company's principal and work with our team in a variety of administrative support roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive secretarial support; emails, correspondence, phone calls etc.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and conferences.
  • Review/Prepare presentations, correspondence, and documents.
  • Maintain documents and records.
  • Communicate sensitive information in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Provide assistance to others.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Outlook, Word and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
