We are looking for a highly organized and polished Female Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team in a multi-functional and strategic support role. This position combines Document Control, Executive Administrative Support, and Business Development Administration, requiring someone who is proactive, professional, and excellent at communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication handling.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, business reports, and professional slide decks for internal and client-facing engagements.
- Manage and control company documents, ensuring accuracy, version tracking, and proper filing systems.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, lead follow-ups, client coordination, and sales documentation.
- Serve as a key liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality and project a polished, presentable, and professional image at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidate of Arabic nationality (Highly preferred).
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English and Arabic (written & spoken).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Sales mindset and ability to support business growth activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
