Experience: 1-2 years is mandatory. Prior experience in an educational Institution is preferable.

Educational Qualification: Any Degree

Reporting to: AGM – EAO

Position: Full-time

Salary: As per Institution standard

Responsibilities and Duties:

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the administrative and logistical management of all examinations, from planning and scheduling to execution
  • Handle all administrative duties – processing and maintaining exam records
  • Communication and liaison with all stakeholders – students, faculty, other departments internally to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure all activities comply with the rules and regulations, policies & guidelines of Krea University.

Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in MS-Office, database/Excel, and e-mail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders (staff, faculty, students)
  • Commitment to handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Empathy, listening, problem-solving mindset.
