Location: Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and improving HR processes while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

o Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer roll-out.

2. Employee Onboarding, Induction & Orientation

o Ensure smooth onboarding and completion of documentation.

o Conduct induction sessions to familiarize employees with company policies, culture, and expectations.

3. Employee Life Cycle Management

o Manage confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.

o Maintain accurate employee records and ensure statutory compliance.

o Create SOPs and HR policies when required.

4. Payroll & HR Operations

o Coordinate payroll processing and resolve discrepancies.

o Work with manpower agencies for worker attendance and compliance.

o Manage employee benefits, attendance, and leave records.

o Handle exit interviews, resignations, and full & final settlements.

5. Performance Management

o Support performance appraisal processes.

o Provide guidance on goal-setting, reviews, and feedback.

6. Statutory Compliance

o Ensure compliance with labor laws and coordinate with payroll agencies.

7. Rewards & Recognition

o Design and implement R&R initiatives to boost morale and engagement.

8. Employee Engagement

o Plan and execute monthly and festive engagement activities.

o Organize team-building events and wellness programs.

9. HRMS Management

o Implement and maintain HRMS software systems.

10. Process Improvement

· Identify and implement improvements aligned with business goals.

· Stay updated on HR best practices and trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s in HR preferred).

· 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience.

· Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

· Eagerness to adopt new HR technologies and practices.
