Executive / Senior Executive -Logistics(Last Mile)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee last mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to end points.
• Coordinate with drivers and transport partners for daily route planning and execution.
• Monitor vehicle movement and ensure proper utilization of fleet and resources.
• Track and update delivery status, exceptions, and escalations in coordination with the warehouse and operations team.
• Ensure proper documentation and proof of delivery (POD) are collected and maintained.
• Follow up on appointments, dispatch schedules, and delivery commitments to ensure timely execution.
• Liaise with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain and monitor daily MIS reports on vehicle utilization, delivery timelines, and manpower.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Support in vendor coordination and 3PL supervision for smooth last mile operations.
