Executive Shipping Sales (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Present freight forwarding solutions confidently over calls and virtual meetings
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Quickly learn and understand logistics services, pricing, and market dynamics
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
  • Follow structured sales processes from lead generation to deal closure

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele-sales / inside sales
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals
  • Ability to learn new industries quickly (training will be provided)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience)
