Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Present freight forwarding solutions confidently over calls and virtual meetings
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Quickly learn and understand logistics services, pricing, and market dynamics
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
- Follow structured sales processes from lead generation to deal closure
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele-sales / inside sales
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals
- Ability to learn new industries quickly (training will be provided)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience)
