Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and creative CRM & Campus Program Executive to manage two key engagement areas:
- Email marketing & CRM communications, and
- Student Correspondent (Campus Ambassador) Program.
In this role, you will create impactful email campaigns to engage our digital audience while also building and managing a strong network of student ambassadors across universities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both data-driven marketing and on-ground community building.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & CRM
- Plan, write, and schedule weekly newsletters and promotional email campaigns
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all email communications
- Manage and segment the email subscriber database (e.g., engaged users, inactive users, students)
- Track and analyze email performance (open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribes)
- Run A/B tests on subject lines and content to improve campaign results
- Build and manage automated email journeys such as welcome emails and event follow-ups
Student Correspondent (Campus Program)
- Manage the Student Correspondent Program end-to-end and serve as the main point of contact for student ambassadors
- Identify, recruit, and onboard student correspondents from target universities
- Assign and track tasks such as campus content creation, event promotions, and hype activities
- Ensure students follow brand guidelines and meet content expectations
- Build a strong student community through regular check-ins, workshops, and recognition initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with the Content team to repurpose high-performing social media content into email campaigns
- Coordinate with the Partnerships team to share student-focused offers, campaigns, and deals via email and campus networks
Experience & Skills Required
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, community management, or youth marketing
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo
- Prior experience managing student ambassadors, volunteers, or campus programs (preferred)
- Strong email copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging subject lines and content
- Excellent communication and people-management skills to work with a remote student network
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines
