Executive - Sourcing & Merchandising

• Develop and implement a strategic sourcing framework that enhances the supply chain competitive advantage.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with the company's quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and drive cost efficiency across the sourcing process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Monitor and review vendor performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures to uphold company standards and reduce risks.
• Continuously explore innovative sourcing solutions to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer needs.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Fashion Merchandising, Textile Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Should have 5 to 7 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, or product development within the lingerie or apparel industry.
• Exceptional skills in negotiation, leveraging market understanding to secure cost-effective procurement deals.
• Strong analytical skills with a robust capability in conducting market research to identify sourcing opportunities and strategies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of trends in the lingerie market and understanding of consumer preferences in lingerie and intimate apparel.
• Ability to develop and maintain productive vendor relationships to foster long-term partnerships and collaborations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with sourcing/merchandising software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
