Job Title: Executive/ Sr. Executive – HR – Talent Acquisition & Operations.
Experience:
Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in handling Talent Acquisition, preferably from CA Firm & Financial Sector.

Role Description: We are seeking for an Executive/ Sr. Executive – HR – Talent Acquisition & Operations specializing in Talent Acquisition possessing 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with CA firms and within the financial sector.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates across various functions.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and work together to create effective recruitment plans tailored to each department.
· Leverage multiple recruitment channels including job boards, social media, networking events, campus drives and employee referrals to source and engage with qualified candidates.
· Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit with the firm.
· Conduct salary negotiations in alignment with firm guidelines and candidate expectations.
· Prepare job offers for selected candidates, seek necessary approvals on terms and conditions from the leadership, and then extend the finalized offers.
· Assist in organizing induction programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
· Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for new hires and submitted to the HR team.
· Provide guidance and best practices to hiring managers on interview techniques, selection criteria, and candidate evaluation.
· Promote internal growth opportunities and career development prospects to candidates, emphasizing the potential for long-term growth within the firm.
Qualifications:
· MBA in HR from reputed B-School or College.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
· Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Must be familiar with sourcing techniques, recruitment process, on-boarding, and induction procedures.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially in Ms. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
· Proficiency with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, and Other Job Portals).
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive candidate and employee information.
· Please note that BA, MA candidates are not eligible for the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
