Executive / Sr. Executive – Maintenance

Key Responsibilities & Skills

1. Equipment & Utilities Maintenance

• Preventive & breakdown maintenance of noodle line machines — mixers, sheeters, cutters, steamers, fryers, conveyors & packaging machines
• Exposure to utilities: Boiler, Air Compressor, DG Set, Cooling Tower, Chiller, ETP/STP
• Routine inspection & maintenance of motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, pumps & fabrication components

2. Boiler & Steam Distribution

• Daily operation monitoring, blowdown, water quality testing & steam pressure control
• Ensure compliance with Boiler Act norms & maintain operation log sheets
• Coordination with boiler inspector for statutory audits

3. Maintenance Systems & Documentation

• Preparation of PM schedules, breakdown history cards, RCA reports & spare inventory records
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM, shutdown planning & maintenance cost optimization

4. Electrical & Automation Ability

• Basic PLC troubleshooting & panel wiring understanding
• Fault diagnosis for sensors, solenoid valves & interlocks
• Maintain safety interlocks & process control instruments for smooth operations

5. Safety, Compliance & Team Coordination

• Ensure PPE usage, LOTO adherence & safe maintenance practices
• Vendor coordination, AMC follow-up, spare procurement & installation support
• Ability to lead maintenance technicians/operators to reduce downtime and increase uptime

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
