Job Summary:

As an Executive - Store Operations , you will undergo structured training in furniture retail operations. You will gain hands-on exposure to store processes including billing, stock handling, customer service, merchandising, and inventory control. A strong interest in furniture, design, or interiors will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and assist in day-to-day store operations including billing, stock handling, and customer service.
  • Support the Store Manager in driving operational efficiency and smooth store functioning.
  • Understand store layout, furniture display standards, and product placements to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in inventory management – stock receiving, counting, replenishment, and loss prevention.
  • Learn and adhere to store policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, merchandising) to understand the end-to-end retail ecosystem.
  • Prepare and present progress reports on learnings and operational improvements.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Keen interest in furniture, interiors, or design (background in furniture industry is an added advantage).
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic analytical and numerical ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
