Executive (Strategy & Legal)

We are hiring an Executive (Strategy & Legal) to support our team with basic legal work, research, and company strategy tasks. Fresh graduates and candidates currently studying law can also apply.

• Law graduates or students pursuing law.
• Good communication and drafting skills.
• Interest in corporate law and strategy

Job Title: Legal & Strategy Executive

Role Summary:

To support the company’s legal compliance, contract management, and corporate strategy initiatives, ensuring risk control and smooth business operations across group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in legal and regulatory compliance for all group companies.
• Draft, review, and coordinate contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and agreements.
• Support ROC filings, board documentation, and corporate records.
• Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and authorities.
• Assist in trademark, IP, royalty, and inter-company structuring.
• Support business strategy, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.

Monitor legal risks and ensure proper documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
