Job Description: Supply chain Operations Executive

We are hiring a Supply Chain Operations Executive to work with our client, a leading Chinese organization. The role involves supply chain management, customer relations, and market research.

Location: Pune

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Customer Coordination:

- Assist in following up with customers and updating contact information.

2. Sample Management:

- Dispatch and track product samples.

- Monitor and replenish sample stock.

- Collect and send samples to the Chinese office.

3. Customer Visits:

- Introduce the company to customers using documents and media.

- Gather product requirements and exchange samples.

4. Information Collection:

- Collect customer business and credit details to assess transaction security.

- Research market trends, pricing, and seasonal demand.

5. Supply Chain Support:

- Coordinate logistics and supplier interactions.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and strong communication skills.

-Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills to ensure effective collaboration and clear articulation of ideas.

- Analytical mindset and adaptability in a multicultural environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
