POSITION DESCRIPTION

Job title –Executive – Supply Chain SIOP

Department – Operations

Reporting Manager – Deputy General Manager – Operations

Division/Location – Rehlko Services Center, Pune, Maharashtra, India

Skills -

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis).

• Knowledge of supply chain processes, demand planning, inventory management, Data Analysis & Reporting and S&OP best practices.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Good written and verbal communication skills

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and manage customer purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and delivery details.

• Create change number (CN), change task (CT), and change requests (CR) in Windchill.

• Support post-sale activities including resolution of invoice discrepancies, return coordination, freight claims, and short-on-shipment claims.

• Utilize Rehlko’s Enterprise System (SAP) to efficiently manage sales orders, shipments, and invoicing data.

• Extract SAP data to support front end Power BI Analytics

• Acquire an understanding of colleagues' roles to offer backup assistance for assigned accounts as required.

• Be prepared to undertake any other related duties as assigned by management.

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience –

3 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or S&OP functions.

Experience with demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management.

Familiarity with S&OP and Data Analytics software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, Kinaxis, PowerBI etc.)

Since the role include to support USA and Europe regions, the associate should have the flexibility to work in 2nd shifts that may range from 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm OR in regular India working hours (subject to change).
