Overview
We are dynamic small business managing three distinct companies under one roof. We are seeking a multi-faceted candidate who thrives on variety and doesn't mind switching gears regularly, as this role will require you to "wear multiple hats". Applicants should be familiar with quickbooks, have bookkeeping experience, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
The Role
This will be primarily an office job, with some expectation of assisting with "errand type" work. Things including post office runs, packaging & mailing samples, dropping by our warehouse to help with inventory or check on order progress. You will be involved in everything from financial data entry to general office logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage A/R and A/P using quickbooks for three separate entities
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Track employee hours and assist with billing preparation
- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
- Assist logistics manager with tracking incoming/outgoing orders and inventory levels
-Stay on top of organizing our online filing system. Decluttering, ensuring accuracy of all order files.
-Assist with keeping order logs up-to-date and accurate.
- Could include post office runs, bank deposits, picking up samples from warehouse for shipping
- Acting as the “right hand” to President and Logistics manager, fulfilling miscellaneous company-related tasks
Requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
