Working Days & Time: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Position: Executive – TA & Placements
Experience Required - 0.6 months to 3 Years

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Non-IT roles (BDE, Sales, Marketing, Sales Manager, etc.)
Coordinate and follow up with candidates for scheduled interviews
Follow up with seniors for interview feedback and next steps
Work towards reducing time-to-hire
Use online and offline networking to attract potential candidates
Utilize sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn, social media, Boolean search, and ATS tools

Student Placements:
Place MCTA students in companies hiring for Digital Marketing roles
Source and onboard new companies with hiring requirements
Coordinate between corporate HRs and students to schedule interviews
Conduct placement portal demos for students
Guide students with resume preparation, mock interviews, and interview readiness
Maintain positive relationships with students and resolve placement-related queries
Coordinate interview skills workshops with external consultants
