Supporting the VP of Recruiting & Training



Position Overview

Rose Roofing & Restoration is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Talent Operations Assistant to support our VP of Recruiting & Training and drive the operational execution of our recruiting systems.

This role ensures our recruiting engine runs flawlessly — managing ATS systems, job postings, interview coordination, executive calendar flow, and delivering a high-level candidate experience from first touch to final interview.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Directly support the VP of Recruiting & Training with calendar management and executive administrative duties
  • Coordinate and protect executive calendar priorities
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings and interviews
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve scheduling conflicts

Recruiting Operations

  • Manage and maintain ATS systems
  • Post and manage job listings across platforms
  • Track applicant flow and ensure candidates move efficiently through pipeline
  • Schedule final interviews and coordinate logistics
  • Conduct confirmation calls and reminder calls for interviews
  • Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and reporting

Candidate Experience

  • Serve as a professional first point of contact for candidates
  • Ensure candidates feel informed, prepared, and valued throughout the interview process
  • Maintain timely communication and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or Operations Support role
  • Strong phone presence and confident verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing executive calendars
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and job posting systems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
  • Professional, polished, and reliable

Compensation

  • $16–$20 per hour, based on experience and skill level
