We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Taxation to join our taxation team.

Educational Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com /CA Inter (Qualified

Key Responsibilities:

✔Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for multiple firms/companies.

✔Assisting in statutory and internal audits of financial statements and records

✔Preparation of Form 16 / 16A for employees and parties and filing of TDS returns.

✔Preparation of monthly and quarterly MIS reports, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and annual book closure.

✔Handling assessment and scrutiny cases for direct and indirect taxes in coordination with internal teams, statutory auditors, and tax consultants.

✔Maintenance and writing of minute books, statutory registers, and other company law records.

✔Vetting of legal agreements and liaison with consultants and external professionals.

Skills Required:

✔Strong working knowledge of TDS, taxation, and compliance

✔Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)

✔Good understanding of accounting standards and company law basics Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skill
