Little is a dynamic, growing trans-disciplinary design firm, dedicated to the belief that the best design solutions come from the creative collaboration of people from all fields of design. Our firm is made up of Architects, Engineers, Land Planners, Landscape Architects, Interior Designers, Graphic Designers, Brand Design Specialists, and Digital Imaging / Animation specialists. We have offices in Charlotte NC, Newport Beach, CA, Durham NC, Orlando FL, Washington DC and Charleston, SC.

The individual selected for this opportunity will provide high level administrative support for the leadership team of the firm. He/she will be an adjunct member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO, COO, and Executive Team (CFO, CMO, CHRO, and CIO). Additionally, the role interfaces with and provides support to our people in all of our offices, as well as some contact with clients, partners and vendors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing high level executive support to CEO and COO
  • Coordination of our firm-wide training programs
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and offsite events, including agenda and meeting minutes preparation, materials distribution, and follow-up on action items.
  • Prepare, review, and edit executive-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support strategic initiatives by tracking priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Assistance with Special Projects and the execution of executive initiatives
  • Prepare and manage agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow‑up items
  • Track action items and deadlines to ensure commitments are met
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support process improvement for executive operations and workflows

  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite, Miro and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Strategic thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
  • High attention to detail, paired with the ability to see the big picture

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Five or more years of demonstrated experience providing executive level support in a complex organizational model; and
  • Experience working for a professional services firm, A/E/C firm experience a plus.
