Job Description:

Executive Trainers are responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions for both executive and mid-level programs using interactive and experiential methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training modules in virtual and in-person formats
• Facilitate workshops, role-playing exercises, and group discussions
• Engage participants through interactive learning techniques
• Adapt delivery to audience needs and learning styles
• Support capstone session facilitation
• Provide feedback on participant engagement and performance

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, leadership, or related field

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience delivering leadership training
• Experience facilitating executive-level or professional development programs
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
