Title: Executive Training Coach

Job Description:

The Executive Training Coach provides individualized coaching to executives and managers to reinforce training outcomes and support leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and identify development goals
• Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions (virtual or in-person)
• Provide tailored feedback and leadership guidance
• Support application of training concepts to real-world challenges
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to federal guidelines
• Track progress and provide optional summary reports

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in leadership, psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Certified coach (e.g., ICF or equivalent) preferred

Experience Requirements:

• Experience coaching senior leaders or executives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
