Godrej Industries (Chemicals) is one of the oldest businesses of the Godrej Group and is in the business of manufacturing oleochemicals in India since 1963. Today, we are one of India’s leading oleochemicals players and manufacture and market over 100 chemicals for use in more than 24 applications. We are expanding our reach globally and our products are exported to over 80 countries in North and South America, Asia, Europe, Australia, and Africa. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are in India at Valia in Gujarat and Ambernath in Maharashtra.
Over the last decade, we have diversified our product portfolio to include value added specialty products. We are constantly looking for new ways to collaborate and learn from partners across the globe. At the same time, we are also investing significantly in Research and Development to enhance our capabilities and grow our product portfolio. We recently set up a Research and Development centre at Ambernath and a pilot plant at Valia to develop our new range of products. Roles & Responsibilities
1) Loan/NCD Documentation & Covenant monitoring
2) Credit Rating monitoring & preparation of data
3) Ensuring proper accounting and audit
4) Bank reporting compliances
5) Investment activities Documentation/accounting/analysis & MIS
6) Maintenance of Investment registers & ensuring other compliances
7) Monitoring of performance of Investee entities and preparation of monthly performance report
8) Other Treasury activities
Experience:
3+ years’ experience in banking and treasury
Critical Skills:
Good Communication skills (both written and oral}
Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word. SAP(FICO), S4 HANA and Dynamics 365 {desirable)
