1. ERP & Documentation:

• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement modules (e.g., SAP MM, PTP, COUPA, ARIBA).

• Perform invoicing in SAP, shipment creation, E-way bill generation, GST compliance, and IRN processing.

2. Dispatch & Delivery:

• Plan dispatches, ensure vehicle placement, and achieve on-time delivery targets.

• Track and monitor shipments, manage delays, and implement resolution strategies.

3. Customer & Vendor Management:

• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Monitor vendor performance, manage transportation costs, and check transporter bills for accuracy.

4. Warehouse Operations:

• Execute inbound and outbound activities: receiving, put-away, handling, storage, picking, and dispatch.

• Ensure proper maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in coordination with the Maintenance Department.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain compliance with SOPs, cleaning procedures, and safety requirements.

5. Production Support at CMO:

• Coordinate and monitor production operations at CMOs to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and CMOs for smooth execution of production schedules.

6. Compliance & Reporting:

• Adhere to EHS requirements and company policies.

• Report non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions.

• Perform data analysis and generate operational reports.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 4–5 years in warehouse & logistics operations, preferably in a supply chain environment.

• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with LEAN concepts. Ability to influence management and manage global team relationships. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in SAP (SAP R/3) and Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams).

• Added Advantage: Experience with handheld devices, SAP WMS, and warehouse management systems.

• Education: Graduation from any stream.

• Attributes: Self-starter, ability to face challenges, resolve issues, and implement improvements.

Location: The work location is Halol, Panchmahal District, Gujarat
