Executive/Administrative Assistant

AEAE is a small enterprise that's rapidly expanding, therefore we are looking for an Executive Administrative assistant.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and organizing e-mail/DMs
  • Handling in- and outbound phone calls
  • Managing scheduling and appointments
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Conducting market research
  • Order office supplies, shipping and returns
  • Creating spreadsheets, preparing presentations
  • Incidental light housekeeping or errands

Requirements and skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (more languages preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of Office software, strong computer skills
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Driver's license
  • Bachelor’s degree

In this job you'll be part of small, fast-growing company. You will work remote most of the time, we expect you to come into the office (WeWork Culver City) twice a week.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
