Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to the CEO who will also provide light HR support. This role is critical in ensuring the CEO’s office runs smoothly while also assisting with people-related processes that foster a positive and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up notes.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
HR Support (Light Duties)
- Assist with onboarding new employees (documentation, orientation scheduling, welcome materials).
- Maintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies.
- Help coordinate recruitment logistics (posting roles, scheduling interviews, candidate communication).
- Support basic HR policy communication and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, company events, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; background in Business Administration, HR, or related field is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or HR Coordinator.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
