Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support a business owner with both professional operations and personal administrative tasks. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, maintain confidentiality, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small business environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, business scheduling, and employee scheduling
- Handle email correspondence and professional communication with vendors, customers, service providers, and business partners
- Assist with payroll processing, billing, reporting, and other administrative functions
- Perform financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, and data entry in QuickBooks
- Coordinate projects, follow-ups, and day-to-day business operations while ensuring tasks and deadlines are completed efficiently
- Handle personal errands, miscellaneous assistant tasks, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently, problem solve, and maintain confidentiality
- Experience with office administration, scheduling, and project coordination
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, including financial recordkeeping and reconciliations, preferred
- Knowledge of payroll processing preferred
- Experience supporting business owners or high-level executives is highly desirable
Schedule
- 30 to 35 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- In-person position with possibility of a hybrid schedule
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
