Executive/Personal Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support a business owner with both professional operations and personal administrative tasks. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, maintain confidentiality, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, business scheduling, and employee scheduling
  • Handle email correspondence and professional communication with vendors, customers, service providers, and business partners
  • Assist with payroll processing, billing, reporting, and other administrative functions
  • Perform financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, and data entry in QuickBooks
  • Coordinate projects, follow-ups, and day-to-day business operations while ensuring tasks and deadlines are completed efficiently
  • Handle personal errands, miscellaneous assistant tasks, and special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently, problem solve, and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with office administration, scheduling, and project coordination
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, including financial recordkeeping and reconciliations, preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll processing preferred
  • Experience supporting business owners or high-level executives is highly desirable

Schedule

  • 30 to 35 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday
  • In-person position with possibility of a hybrid schedule

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
