Executive/Personal Assistant & Admin -Female

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant /Admin to provide comprehensive administrative support to our manager/executive. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact, manage communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails: respond, pass on messages, or highlight for manager’s attention.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and control access to the manager/executive.
  • Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Organize events and conferences.
  • Remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain databases and filing systems.
  • Implement and maintain administrative procedures.
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Collate and file expenses.
  • Coordination with drivers
  • Provide support to HR, finance, maintenance, and operations departments.
  • Support corporate governance reporting and conduct research as required.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks to support the manager, depending on sector and remit.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Prior experience as a PA/EA is preferred.
  • Tagalog speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
