Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Convert fresh & cold leads into Walkins and drive them toward property bookings
  • Deliver project level Walkin targets and ensure quality client engagement
  • Analyze client needs, recommend suitable properties, and coordinate site visits
  • Work in a target driven environment with a focus on revenue growth
  • Provide regular performance reviews, share insights, and suggest improvements
  • Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–5 years’ experience in presales, tele calling, or customer support (real estate auto dialer calling preferred)
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills considered
  • Strong sales ability, negotiation skills, and customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Tamil (Kannada & Tamil Preferred)
  • Ability to work weekends and thrive in high pressure, goal-oriented settings
