D4D EXHIBITS is a trade show design and production company with workshops in Orlando and Las Vegas. We build 300+ custom booths each year and specialize in high-quality exhibit fabrication and installation.
Job Summary
We are looking for an Advanced/Senior Exhibit Carpenter with master-level carpentry skills to support our custom exhibit fabrication and trade show installations. This role requires strong woodworking experience, precision craftsmanship, and the ability to work in both the shop and on show sites.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble custom trade show booths and display components
- Perform advanced finish carpentry and cabinet assembly
- Work with MDF, laminates, hardwoods, bending plywood, and exhibit materials
- Operate woodworking machinery:
table saws, panel saws, beam saws, routers, jointers, planers, CNC, edge banding machines, vacuum pump systems
- Read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and cut lists
- Collaborate with production and installation teams
- Travel for trade show setups when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years carpentry experience (exhibit or custom fabrication preferred)
- Master-level woodworking and joinery skills
- Strong precision cutting, including 45° miter joints
- Experience with laminates and finish work
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to travel and work extended hours during show periods
