The primary role of the Outlet Helper is to serve as a vital link between the exhibition and its customers. This position is responsible for facilitating a positive shopping experience by assisting customers in their selection process, providing thorough product knowledge and advice when necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Commitment to overall appearance regarding personal hygiene, wearing the uniform, and maintaining its cleanliness.
- Assists customers in finding their desired textile products and providing knowledgeable suggestions based on the customer's needs and preferences.
- Processes transactions efficiently, ensuring pricing accuracy and managing cash handling duties.
- Maintains an up-to-date understanding of the latest trends and developments in the textile industry.
- Contributes to the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring products are attractively displayed and the store is well stocked and tidy.
- Handles customer complaints and enquiries professionally, providing satisfactory solutions and escalating issues to Senior Sales Supervisor.
- Collaborates with the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
