Exhibition Stand Designer

We are looking for a talented and technically strong Exhibition Stands Designer to join the Milestone team in Dubai.

You will be the creative force behind bespoke stand and brand environments for some of the region's most high-profile exhibitions, taking a client brief from concept all the way through to a complete, build-ready design.

This is a hands-on design role: you will work directly alongside our Sales team in client presentations, pitching ideas with confidence and translating feedback into refined solutions, while collaborating closely with our Project Management and Workshop teams to ensure every design is as build able as it is beautiful.

You bring 5 to 8 years of experience in exhibition stand design or branded spatial environments with an academic background in design, a solid command of construction principles and materials, a sharp eye for detail, and the kind of genuine passion for design that shows in your portfolio.

Strong communication skills and the confidence to present and defend creative decisions to clients are as important to us as your technical ability.

UAE or GCC exhibition industry experience is a strong advantage.
