Exhibitions Production Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee exhibition stand production within our factory. The role is responsible for ensuring that fabrication and installation are planned, organized, and executed safely, within budget, on schedule, and in full compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review structural and architectural workshop drawings and monitor structural fabrication.
• Plan and oversee stand fabrication and installation processes.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
• Control project budgets in alignment with approved designs and company objectives.
• Coordinate closely with supervisors, foremen, and cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and successful closure.
• Coordinate installation activities on-site and track progress against work programs.
• Develop and implement risk management plans.
• Ensure quality control and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain professional communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Promote and uphold a safe working environment in line with HSE policies.

Required Knowledge

• Engineering drawings (steel structure, architectural, electrical, structural calculations)
• Material grades and specifications

• AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs
• Strong English communication skills

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the exhibition industry
• Valid UAE Driving License

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
