Overview

Monument Family Dentistry is looking for a skilled and patient-focused EDDA/EFDA to join our team. We’re a small-town, locally rooted practice with a strong reputation for high-quality care and genuine patient relationships.

We’re a technology-forward practice, utilizing tools like CEREC for same-day crowns and Solea laser dentistry to provide efficient, comfortable, and modern care for our patients.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the doctor chairside during restorative procedures, with a strong focus on crowns and same-day treatment workflows
• Support implant procedures and restorations (with opportunity to grow into surgical assisting as we expand)
• Perform expanded functions including placing and finishing restorations, sealants, and impressions
• Help maintain strong clinical flow while supporting a quality-first patient experience
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms while maintaining strict infection control standards
• Take digital X-rays and assist with advanced imaging (CBCT experience is a plus)
• Ensure all instruments and materials are ready to keep appointments efficient and on time
• Accurately chart and update patient records in Open Dental
• Support a positive patient experience—helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
• Collaborate with hygienists and front office team to keep the day running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in general dentistry (crown experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of four-handed dentistry and efficient clinical workflows
• Familiarity with digital imaging and dental software (Open Dental is a plus)
• Experience with CEREC & Solea laser dentistry is a plus
• Interest or experience in implant dentistry (restorative or surgical)
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• A team player who communicates well and contributes to a positive, supportive culture
• Someone who takes pride in quality work—but can also laugh, roll with the day, and enjoy being part of a close-knit team

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
