About The Practice:

We are fast-growing, state of the art, private practice in Franklin, TN. Our office is a general practice with a focus on high end cosmetic cases and total smile rehabilitations. We offer a wide array of services and our goal is to provide patients top notch care while handling all of their dental needs.

What we are looking for:

• A full time, experienced expanded functions dental assistant.
• A dependable individual who is fun loving with a good personality, sense of humor and great work ethic
• Applicant must be a self-starter, have great communication skills, a positive attitude, be organized and possess a willingness and desire to learn and grow

Minimum Qualifications:

• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification
• Working knowledge of basic dentistry procedures and terms
• X-ray certification
• Dental Assisting License/Certification
• Significant chair-side experience is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification
• OSHA Compliant Sterilization Techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of digital x-rays, oral surgery and implants as well as familiarity with Dentrix are added advantages.
• Strong case presentation skills and cross training in basic front office duties are a bonus.

Supplemental Pay:

Opportunity for monthly bonuses

A higher hourly rate will be considered for an experienced EFDA
