Position Overview:

We’re looking for an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) who’s confident in their craft, motivated to grow, and brings positive energy to every patient interaction. You’ll work side-by-side with both our doctors and team, to deliver top-notch care while keeping the day running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Place and finish restorations with precision and pride
• Assist chairside during procedures to ensure efficiency and patient comfort
• Set up and break down rooms following OSHA and infection control standards
• Take impressions, fabricate temps, and perform other expanded functions
• Help maintain accurate, organized patient records
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Ohio EFDA certification (required)
• Radiology and CPR certifications (required)
• 1+ year of EFDA experience preferred — but we’re open to outstanding new grads!
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Friendly and compassionate with excellent communication skills

Pay: $29.00 - $45.00 per hour
