Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist in all clinical procedures including restorations, impressions, temporaries, and sealants
• Perform expanded functions as allowed under Pennsylvania EFDA certification
• Communicate clearly and warmly with patients about treatment, post-op care, and oral hygiene
• Maintain a clean and organized operatory and sterilization area
• Contribute to a calm, fun, and respectful team atmosphere
• Deliver care that is patient centered and never rushed

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Pennsylvania EFDA certification
• Strong communication skills
• A positive, bubbly personality who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for providing top notch care
• Experience in a general dentistry setting is preferred but not required
