Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA/EDDA) Tues/Wed/Thurs

We are a small, modern private general dentistry practice that prioritizes quality over quantity. Unlike the high-volume corporate dental chains, we focus on building genuine relationships with our patients in a calm, professional, and tech-forward environment. We are looking for a skilled, patient-centric EDDA to join our team and help us continue providing top-tier clinical care.

We see patients Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

The Role

As our EDDA, you will be an integral part of the clinical workflow, utilizing your skills to provide restorative excellence. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work—whether it's placing a composite or ensuring a patient feels completely at ease.

Key Responsibilities

• Restorative: Place high-quality composite fillings and perform advanced restorative procedures as permitted by state law.
• Clinical Support: Assist the dentist in four-handed dentistry for a variety of procedures.
• Impression & Scans: Take digital impressions (iTero experience a plus!) and traditional impressions.
• Patient Education: Clearly communicate post-op instructions and treatment plans to patients with a friendly, knowledgeable chairside manner.
• Lab & Sterilization: Manage lab cases and maintain the highest standards of sterilization and OSHA compliance.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of chairside experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Certification: Current EDDA/EFDA certification is required.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working in a paperless office with modern dental software and digital imaging.
• You are proactive, reliable, and possess a "no task is too small" attitude. You enjoy being part of a small team where everyone supports one another.

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
