Expediter

Key Responsibilities
A. Ensure the availability of all required materials before starting assembly activities.
B. Identify, track, and highlight any missing materials in advance.
C. Prepare and organize materials for fabrication.
D. Report all missing or critical material issues to the Production Manager promptly.
E. Follow up with the Project Engineer, Procurement, and Engineering teams as required to ensure timely material availability.
F. Coordinate continuously with all concerned departments to avoid fabrication holds.

Qualification & Experience Requirements
Engineering background (Mechanical or Process Engineering).
Minimum 7 years of expediting experience in the same industry.
Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Highly committed, proactive, and responsible.
Excellent knowledge of scheduling and/or planning.
Experience in wastewater treatment projects is mandatory.
